Smile Train
Team Smile Train comprising of Akshita Agrawal, Sukhmani Bikram, Farooque Shaikh and Riddhima Sethi wanted to build visibility for Smile Train’s completion of 5 lakh surgeries despite having Aishwarya Rai Bachan as their Brand Ambassador. Their efforts resulted in front coverage in HT City, visibility in financials, Mainlines, Electronic and lifestyle publications. All in all it was a campaign that went over and above the client’s brief to build visibility by forging partnerships with influencers and stakeholders.

Their objective was to reinvigorate Parle’ s brand image as a young, vibrant and contemporary brand. Their efforts not only exceeded the client’s expectations but also resulted in Parle becoming one of the most trusted brands, ranked at no.7 compared to rank 54 last year in ET Brand Equity’s Most Trusted Indian Brands List, moving ahead of Britannia. The teams ability to get around issues and still manage to garner amazing coverage is commendable. The story ideas generated were great and really appreciated by the client as well.
